TDD and Hebei Zhaoxian Building Material Co., Ltd. Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On May 8, in the presence of Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of TDD, Shao Chunsheng, Senior Vice President of TDD and General Manager of the Cross-border Industry Development Department, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Li Chaosong, General Manager of Hebei Zhaoxian Building Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Hebei Zhaoxian), to jointly promote the digital upgrade of the building materials industry and the coordinated development of the cross-border supply chain.

Hebei Zhaoxian Building Material is a core enterprise under Hebei Zhaoxian Group. Currently, the company’s main business includes the research and production of prefabricated building components, dry-mixed mortar, energy-saving doors and windows, and other green building materials. Its products have been applied in large projects such as the Handan Sports Stadium. In this cooperation, Hebei Zhaoxian will leverage TDD's advantages in the cross-border supply chain of building materials, digital cloud warehouses, and smart logistics to expand overseas markets and optimize the efficiency of building material exports.

During the communication, Li Chaosong stated, "Hebei Zhaoxian is deeply engaged in the green building industry and has mature technology and production capacity advantages in the fields of prefabricated buildings, new commercial concrete, environmentally friendly mortar, and energy-saving doors and windows. TDD’s capabilities in cross-border procurement, digital warehousing, and global logistics networks are impressive. We hope that both parties can deepen cooperation in cross-border trade of building materials, joint overseas warehouse construction, and standardized output of prefabricated buildings, jointly exploring the 'Belt and Road' market and promoting the internationalization of China's green building materials."

Liu Zhai stated: "The research and development strength and large-scale production capability of Hebei Zhaoxian in the field of green building materials highly complement the cross-border resource integration capabilities of TDD. In the future, both parties will collaborate on innovative approaches around digital collection and procurement of building materials exports, joint bids for overseas projects, and the application of carbon footprint tracing technology, creating a new paradigm for 'China Intelligent Manufacturers' to export building materials. At the same time, we will actively explore deep cooperation with Hebei Zhao Xian in overseas real estate development projects by integrating prefabricated construction technology output and cross-border supply chain services to provide high-quality and low-carbon overall building solutions for countries along the 'Belt and Road'."
