Analysis of PP domestic spot market: Today, the domestic PP market as a whole has been mixed, with prices falling in North China, stable in East China, and rising in South China. In terms of price: the mainstream price of domestic polypropylene ranges from 7370 to 7760 yuan/ton. International oil prices have fallen slightly, while propylene market prices have maintained a good upward trend, which still provides certain positive support for the PP market. However, some PP manufacturers have lowered their ex-factory prices, and product quotations have fallen slightly. In addition, there has been no significant increase in the volume of new production in the market, and downstream companies are cautiously watching and maintaining the main purchase of rigid demand. Traders follow the market and operate, and the trading atmosphere in the market is general.
PP spot trend forecast: On the supply side, as the PP units that were previously shut down gradually resume operation, the supply of goods in the field may increase. However, the current inventory of polyolefins from the two oils remains at a relatively low level, and the newly added production has not yet been fully released. It is expected that the pressure on the supply side may remain at a general level. On the demand side, it is expected that terminal demand may remain tepid. Shenhua auction transaction status: Shenhua Coal Chemical's auction volume today was 1,485 tons, an increase of 35.49% from yesterday; the transaction volume was 879 tons, an increase of 123.10% from yesterday; the transaction rate was 59.19%, an increase of 23.24% from yesterday.
